Once again, the Annual Newton Tournament has come and gone.
On behalf of my self and Sempai Dawn-Leah,
we would like to thank all of the parents and
fighters for supporting the tournament.
Also, thanks to all of the club instructors.
Our appreciation goes to the brown and black belts who
officiated, and all of the others who came out to marshall
and help with the many tasks that need to be done.
Special thanks to Sempai Brad and Sempai Nathan for
coming from Calgary and Edmonton, and bringing fighters with them.
We know that it's a long way for them to come.
We really look forward to your presence and assistance.
Every year this tournament gets a little bigger
and more competitive. We hope to see everyone next year.
